On RequestOur shop runs an AMADA AE2510NT CNC turret punch paired with an MP2512L automatic sheet loader — the same platform used by leading European and Japanese cabinet brands. Nesting programs run straight from your DXF.
After punching, parts move on to CNC press brake, robotic & MIG welding, automatic powder-coat line and final assembly. No subcontractors in the middle, no mystery layers between your drawing and the finished cabinet.

No catalog browsing. You send the requirement, we handle the engineering, tooling, production and freight. Typical lead time for a first order is 25–35 days after deposit.
Send your layout, dimensions, drawer counts, colors (RAL), lock type, casters and any brand/logo artwork.
We DXF your design, confirm steel gauge (0.8–2.0 mm typical) and hardware, and return a firm quote within 2–3 working days.
Punch, bend, weld, powder-coat and assemble in-house. Photo updates at blanking, coating and packed stages.
Knock-down packing saves freight. We load the container, prepare export cartons, plywood cases and shipping marks.
Send DXF, PDF or a sketch. Custom sizes, colors, logos and configurations are the rule, not the exception.
Ball-bearing drawer slides, central locking, adjustable shelving, EPDM door seals and rated casters as standard options.
